Private house in Streatham, London. Works included rear extension and refurbishment of the interior and new garden structures.

The client, a keen gardener, wanted to improve the connection between the internal spaces whilst enlarging the kitchen area to the full width of the rear and to allow the new spaces to be able to open up to the beautiful existing garden.

With a modest extension set in the gap between the existing kitchen/dining room and the neighbours rear extension, a new ‘sun room’ was created that allows all of the activities of daily life to spread out into the new space as needed.
